We report a 51 year-old with obstructive sleep apnea presenting with dyspnea, hypoxia and pulmonary hypertension, found to have a congenital atrial septal defect. The patient had symptomatic improvement following percutaneous closure of his ostium secundum atrial septal defect. (Source: Respiratory Medicine CME)
