Back Pain

There are many causes of back pain. Pain in the low back can relate to the bony lumbar spine, discs between the vertebrae, ligaments around the spine and discs, spinal cord and nerves, muscles of the low back, internal organs of the pelvis and abdomen, and the skin covering the lumbar area.

The New England Journal of Medicine reports a SHOCKING TRUTH about back conditions

Study reports your back “condition” and your back pain aren’t related

This groundbreaking study revealed what people have been saying for years.

Two people can have the same back-condition but one will be in excruciating pain and the other will be completely pain-free!

Isn’t that amazing? You can have an “incurable” condition like a herniated disc and NOT FEEL ANY PAIN from it.

Why is that possible? Because your condition isn’t necessarily the cause of the pain you feel.

This is one of the hardest concepts for folks who come to us for help to accept but it’s critical to getting lasting pain relief.

The majority of your pain is caused by the tightness and inflammation in your muscles and tissue and by the pressure and pinching of nerves caused by the physical dysfunctions in your body.

If you get rid of the tissue-pain and the nerve-pain — you don’t have back pain even if you can’t get rid of your back-condition.
